Description
Chem-Crest 400-L is a non-hazardous petroleum distillate designed to be used at full strength in an ultrasonic bath for the primary use of displacing and absorbing rinse water and for the lubrication of weapons and bicycle parts. This solution is designed to absorb large quantities of water that can later be settled out for the purpose of reusing the lubricant.

Chem-Crest 400-L is effective at the removal of water from internal and external surfaces and will lubricate as it does so. Chem-Crest 400-L is the second part of a two-station process used for the cleaning of weapons in the Crest gun and firearms cleaning line of products.
Operating Conditions
Chem-Crest 400-L is designed to be used at full strength, without the need for mixing or shaking prior to use. Chem-Crest 400-Lis optimally used between ambient temperature and 130°F in an ultrasonic bath, dependent on the material makeup of the substrate. Contact your Crest representative for product-line specific recommendations.
Substrate Compatibility
Chem-Crest 400-L is compatible with metals used in the manufacture of bicycles and firearms.
Availability
Chem-Crest 400-L is available in cases of (4) x 1-gallon plastic bottles, 5-gallon pails, 55-gallon containers, 275-gallon totes, and custom larger sizes.
