Chem-Crest 211 is a multipurpose, heavy-duty, phosphate- and caustic-free alkaline liquid cleaner. It is useful in many applications demanding removal of various contaminants such as oils, greases, and particulate. This detergent finds many uses throughout industrial, mechanical, and maintenance cleaning operations. Chem-Crest 211 is freely water soluble and inhibited to help prevent flash rusting.
Typical Contaminants Removed
Chem-Crest 211 removes heavy oils, greases, tripoli, ceramic dust, lubricants, buffing and lapping compounds, fingerprints, airborne contaminants, light silicone oils, and ink markings.
Chem-Crest 211 is typically used at 3–10% by volume in ultrasonic applications. Normal operating temperatures: 120°–180°F, dependent on the material makeup of the substrate, and the contaminants being removed. Recommended rinsing water temperature: 120°–150°F. Contact your Crest representative for product-line specific recommendations.
Chem-Crest 211 is safe on various metals, including aluminum, brass, bronze, copper, and steels, glass, plastics, hard rubber articles, and ceramics— when used as directed.
Chem-Crest 211 is available in cases of (4) x 1-gallon plastic bottles, 5-gallon pails, 55-gallon containers, and custom bulk sizes.
