Eco-friendly, non-flammable, azeotropic solvent blend used for precision cleaning applications.
(one 5-gallon pail)
Suitable for use in a vast range of cleaning and degreasing applications including engineered parts, electronic, optical, and medical components.
Chem-Crest SolvaClean is a unique, high-performing, non-flammable, azeotropic fluorinated solvent blend developed specifically as a safe, powerful, and environmentally favorable product for the critical cleaning of precision components and as a high purity carrier solvent. The robust azeotropic structure means that Chem-Crest SolvaClean can be continually recovered by distillation within the vapor degreaser or within an external recovery system. Chem-Crest SolvaClean is suitable for use in a vast range of cleaning and degreasing applications including engineered parts, electronic, optical, and medical components.
Typical Contaminants Removed
Chem-Crest SolvaClean removes oils, greases, hydrocarbons, paints , coatings, enamels, resins, drawing oils, adhesives, lapping compounds, fluxes and pastes, waxes, and ink markings. Chem-Crest SolvaClean used at 100 % by volume in ultrasonic applications. Normal operating temperatures: Room temp to boiling (111.2 0 F), dependent on the material makeup of the substrate, and the contaminants being removed. Typically used in vapor degreasers outfitted to reclaim and reuse. Contact your Crest representative for product line specific recommendations.
